Bespoke Training
Make your training really effective by having it tailored to your needs.
We will work with you to create courses that are as long or as short as you need and delivered in a timetable to suit you. There are just four easy steps to having the best training tailored for you.
Step 1 - We establish what you need
We will meet with you to find out how you work, what your values are, what learning outcomes you need and what's important to you.
Step 2 - We design a bespoke training course
Using your brief, we will write the course in outline for consultation with you. If you are happy we will create detailed session plans and handouts for approval.
Step 3 - We deliver the training
We will pilot the training, either on your premises or in our own training centre. If all is well, we will then work with you to plan a roll-out of the full programme.
Step 4 - We react to your feedback
A review meeting will be arranged to discuss the effectiveness of the training and whether any changes are needed. We will continue to keep in touch throughout the roll-out to ensure that it is delivering the results you want. Whether it's health and safety, security or specialist areas like fire risks, environmental risks, business continuity, construction industry and COSHH regulations, we can write a course specially for you.
