There are four stages in delivering your bespoke training :
We establish your need
Through consultation we take time to gain your trust, understand the details of your company - how you manage risk or health and safety - and the learning outcomes you need from the training.
We design a bespoke training course
Using innovative training methods, we create courses drawing on your company's culture and systems, keeping you in the picture at all stages of development.
We deliver the training on or off site
We will pilot the training, either at your property or within our own dedicated training centre. If all is well, we will then work with you to plan a roll-out of the full programme.
We react to your feedback
We want our courses to be as effective as possible, and only through listening to your feedback can we truly understand how successful training has been, or whether courses need adjustments and adaptations.
