Audience: These Regulations concern the management of construction projects. It is therefore only applicable to senior managers and project managers or those who control construction work at a fairly senior level.

Aims: To provide course delegates with an understanding of the regulations and their application and how to set up a system to ensure CDM compliance through the life of a project.

Objectives: On completion of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • understand the application of the regulations
  • know the responsibilities of duty holders
  • be able to set up a system to manage projects
  • ensure that systems are managed properly.
