C&G NVQ4 Assessors and Internal Verifiers needed urgently!
We’re always on the look-out for talented tutors to join our team.
Our range of courses is always expanding and every year we provide more risk and safety courses to businesses across Kent and the UK. One of the things that really sets us apart from other training providers is our focus on quality standards; we expect more from our tutors than almost anyone else and enjoy one of the highest first-time success rates in the UK.
Something we believe in strongly is training the individual, getting to know people on each course - their abilities, strengths and weaknesses - so that the training programme can be worked around them to focus on the areas needing most support.
By adapting to individual’s personal needs our trainers achieve the highest standards.
We will expect to see some or all of the following:
- Level 6 qualifications; a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Chartered membership of IOSH
- Experience in practical problem solving
- Experience teaching large and small groups in risk and safety
- A lively, innovative and fresh training style
