The Bradley Group is looking for a motivated person with fresh ideas and an innovative approach to sales. You will have previous sales experience and must be confident building relationships with new and existing clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
You will be working closely with the management team to develop new sales strategies to secure new business, and you should also be comfortable working under your own initiative.
You will have good IT skills, including previous experience of CRM systems, and should be proficient in Excel and Word. You should also have developed (or be willing to develop) a strong social media e.g. LinkedIn presence.
In this role you will be working in a shared office environment with a friendly team. This is a growing business and therefore you should be comfortable “pitching in” and assisting other team members with tasks as appropriate.

We require experience and qualifications in any or all of the following areas:
- NEBOSH Certificate or higher
- Chartered membership of IOSH
- PTTLS certificate or equivalent
- Extensive experience of teaching large and small groups
- Demonstrable experience of devising and delivering lively, student-centred training
- Detailed hands-on practical industry experience
- Well-equipped training rooms and facilities
