We’re nearly at the beginning of the end but we can’t let up just yet. As the Health and Safety Executive has reminded us, one of the best ways of protecting people indoors is to have really good ventilation. It may not seem a good idea to have a window open when the heating’s on but you only need it open a little bit to get quite a good throughput of air. If you have the air conditioning on, check that it draws in fresh air from outside. If all else fails, keep a door open so that fresh air can blow through. Yes folks, we may all have to get used to wearing sweaters indoors.
