Terms and Conditions
Please note that all of our health and safety training course bookings are subject to some key terms and conditions.
Provisional bookings for training courses may be made by telephone or email.
A booking form must be completed and sent to us to book a place on any risk management, health and safety, IOSH or NEBOSH training course. Your place is not secured until we have received either payment or a purchase order.
On receipt of your booking form an invoice will be sent for the full amount no earlier than three months before the start of the course. Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Once we have received payment your place on the training course is secured.
If your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice it must be included on your booking form.
Accommodation or evening meals must be paid for separately.
The Bradley Group Ltd reserve the right to cancel or alter the dates of courses or provision of training courses and venues. In the event of cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available course unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
If you wish to cancel
Written cancellations must be received 30 days prior to commencement of the training course. The following charges will become payable for late notification of cancellation:
30 days prior to commencement of course 0%
14-29 days prior to commencement of the course 50%
0-13 days prior to commencement of the course 100%
If a trainee books onto the same course on the next available date then 50% of the charge incurred will be deducted from their next invoice.
Should the booking include the cancellation of residential accommodation, all costs relating to this will be passed onto the client.
Withdrawal from training courses
If a trainee withdraws from any course after the start date no refund will be given.
If you require clarification of any of these terms and conditions or want to check any details of our health and safety training please contact us and we’ll be happy to explain them in more detail.
