Provisional bookings for training courses may be made by telephone or email. Your place on a course will only be assured when we receive payment. A booking form must be completed to book a place on any health and safety, IOSH or NEBOSH training course.
On receipt of your booking form an invoice will be sent for the full amount no earlier than three months before the start of the course. Our payment terms are 15 days from the date of the invoice. Interest will be charged on late payments in accordance with current legislation.
If your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice it must be included on your booking form.
The Bradley Group Ltd reserve the right to cancel or alter the dates of courses or provision of training courses and venues. In the event of cancellation, bookings will normally be transferred to the next available course unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
Written cancellations must be received 15 days prior to commencement of the training course. The following charges will become payable for late notification of cancellation:
30 days prior to commencement of course 0%
14-29 days prior to commencement of the course 50%
0-13 days prior to commencement of the course 100%
If a course delegate books onto the same course on the next available date then 50% of the charge incurred will be deducted from their next invoice.
Non-attendance or withdrawal from a course
If a course delegate does not attend the course or withdraws from any course after the start date no refund will be given.
